I believe I achieved everything I wanted out of this internship. I learned something new daily and now have a much better understanding of sales and the business world.  Some skills and knowledge I have gained throughout this internship include being comfortable with being uncomfortable, better communication, active listening, relationship management and adaptability. Completing tasks such as helping research potential clients for growth and cold calling challenged and helped me grow. Working in a professional environment was not the easiest at first, being a college-aged kid without any real corporate work experience, but learning how to manage my time and start my days earlier so I can be on time and ready for whatever work is presented to me, helped me to adapt. Through the training and a firsthand view of real-world business and experiences, I have gained and improved on many skills that will help me in the future and hopefully lead me to a career in sales.
